Week 3 of our new healthy lifestyle and I think finally I am starting to notice a real difference. I’ve had positive comments about my skin, my jeans are feeling a bit looser and I’m down a hole on my belt and also seeing some success on the scales this week.
One week into our new venture and I am truly happy with the results of what has been a tough few days. There have been cravings and a lot of temptation, but I am proud of myself for staying true to our goals. Here’s my Week 1 update…
So we started our new healthy lifestyle a week ago. Well just under to be fair as it didn’t really start until the 2nd due to poor organisation. Considering it’s only really been 6 days, I’m am very pleased with the results so far.
